The lure of the deep. There are many exciting dive sites located beyond 18 metres and they may be calling out to you. The SSI Deep diving speciality gives you the training to safely and comfortably plan and dive between 18 to 40 metres.
Log some deeper dives with confidence under the watchful eye of your SSI instructor down to depths of 40 metres. Learn to manage your gas supply, go over buddy contact procedures, and buoyancy control. Your instructor will also introduce you to new equipment such as backup air tanks.

WHY LEARN TO DIVE DEEPER?

 

Over 2 mornings you will complete 3 open water dives with your SSI instructor.

Dive in places where only a few have explored before! Get the experience of diving the depths of Annaghvaan! To do these dives safely, you need to have the right skills, knowledge and dive planning. Without the proper training this kind of diving can be hazardous. During the SSI Deep Diving course you will learn the necessary skills, knowledge and experience to plan and dive your dives between 18-40 metres safely and comfortably.
